The Organizational Structure of R.E.B.E.L.

We at R.E.B.E.L. are a team based organizational structure. We work as a team allowing different people to take the lead when their skill sets are the most valuable. Even though we always work together we can also function as smaller groups or as individuals. According to Eisenberg  “where in addition to their individual responsibilities they also serve as members of one or more work group”. 

We at R.E.B.E.L. are members of a project team. According to Eisenberg, “project teams, which help coordinate the successful completion of a particular project, have long been used by organizations in the design and development of new products or services”.  We coordinate our efforts together in order to meet our goals.

Our decision-making processes are one which lessons to all the voices in the organization and allow them to voice their objections. We have separated into more than one group to work on problems. We are not subject to the problems of Groupthink.

We have made significant innovations that have been extremely important in our mission, to spread the message of the violation in our civil rights that the governments and large conglomerates of the world are committing. The people of the world deserve to live their lives without the fear of being monitored by government surveillance agencies (Blackout) or surveillance by corporations. R.E.B.E.L and its allies are freedom fighters; fighting against various global threats. We are using new technologies developed by we hear at R.E.B.E.L. We have developed products such as invisible clothes; the biometric stealth chip which blocks out surveillance on human beings, and the stealth chip that can be implanted into electronic devices. R.E.B.E.L. is a covert organization in order to protect us from the prying eyes of government organizations like team Blackout. We are a non-profit organization so we rely on volunteers to keep our organization going. These volunteers help us fight against the Outlaw Planet Superthreat.

    How does invisible clothing help to protect anyone from "prying eyes"? XD Not than invisible clothes aren't awesome... But seriously. (That's awesome.)
