How our team operates

Our team operates as a project team as well as virtual. We are separated into different regions in the United States. We all contribute to one common goal; which is it protect the US from the unknown. Each region has its specific strengths; which is aimed at the needs of the community. We have a security system for unsafe neighborhoods and video game to keep children entertained.

 

Our group is both emergent and a small network. In our regional offices we operate as a small network; communicating on an interpersonal level. Most if not all interactions are face to face. The company as a whole operates as an emergent we send email, faxes, etc. and we communicate on a cultural level.

    Creepy...this explains why my kids don't play video games! So...you're protecting people from the "unknown"? By invading their homes and spying on them? Atleast you haven't gotten around to sanitizing your communications into doublespeak yet! ;-)

    Explain to the general audience what you mean by "communicate on the cultural level." Also, explain how efficient communications can happen between offices without email, fax, and phone.
