21st Century Ideas: What can we learn from the Superstruct database?

Have you explored the database? What did you learn?

Using simple database browsers like my http://fredshouse.net/ss and Foundation's http://sehi-cens.us, or direct SQL query engines like Tony Fisk's http://tinyurl.com/5vugzp, we can study how players are connected, how the game is growing, and what is working to win badges and extend our survival horizon. Tell us what you are concluding from your explorations!

There are plenty of duplicated Superstructs, and there are also lots of inter-relationships. Could we use the databases to make them obvious? For example: ************ http://marcoantonio.org/uploads/view-top-level.jpg ******* to show which ones are related.

Also thinking aloud - when does a Superstruct become a Solution Plan? If we aim at Solution Plans, then you eliminate the problem of Superstructs not wanting to combine themselves or disappear due to duplication. One single Solution Plan can be credited to several Superstructs.

Where can I get access to all the raw data? SQL access via a browser is much too cumbersome for my hacking needs :)

OK, here's a good way to keep up on the newest stories as they are published: http://fredshouse.net/ss/story2.php?sort=id_desc

280 advanced badges (higher than Ping Quotient) have been awarded. The official guides nominated 126 things for badges. We can raise our survival score just by nominating more good works, to bring them to the attention of the guides. http://fredshouse.net/ss/sehi2.php?sort=nominate

truthfully, friend superstructs should ingage in a common agreement and engage other superstructs (even if plans of one are antagonic to one another)to reach a consensus, therein lies the sharing of common knowledge and the triumph of reason. help me construct the World Superstruct Organization to do so, the leader of each superstruct or like-minded groups of superstructs engage others.

This is likely the most useful tool I've found! Thank you! For those playing for badges, it spurs them on I think. For me, it provides the schematic to see common interests and connections. It also places things in relation. This is like a table of contents for me and if I had seen it earlier on, entry time into the game space would have been easier.

Wish I'd found this earlier! Great resource. I'm planning to release a mission directed at anyone who wants Superstruct to continue through 2020. Email me at my SEHI name at gmail if you'd like to collaborate on next steps.
